Terms of Use
1. General provisions
These terms govern the use of the free subscribe btn mobile app (the “App”), made available by Piotr Watras (the “Provider”). By installing or using the App you accept these terms.
2. Licence
The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights to the App belong to the Provider. Content published on YouTube channels belongs to its owners. The App is not affiliated with YouTube, Google, or the authors of any channels you follow.
4. Availability
The App is provided “as is”. The Provider does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of the notification service and may modify or discontinue it at any time.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including delayed, erroneous, or missing notifications.
6. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by Polish law. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails.
